Here is the coat of arms chosen for our municipality.
Newport has a vast, multi-faceted territory and to represent it well, the coat of arms is made up of many elements that make it unique.
We want to thank everyone who contributed to the design of our logo.
Notably, Ricky Parsons, Jeremy and Josh Martin and Rita Martin who won the competition launched in 1993.
Denis Palmer who drew some montages of the winning drawings.
And Normand Graillon who submitted the final drawing.
